I am considered an out of network provider for all insurance companies, so many of my clients pay out of pocket for services. Most people have out of network benefits they can use for therapy that they may not be aware of. I can provide clients with a statement called a ‘superbill’ which has all the necessary information for clients to file their own claim which you can do through your insurance directly or through a third party.
To find out what your out of network benefits are, contact your insurance company and simply ask: ‘what is my out of network reimbursement for outpatient therapy?’ Depending on your insurance you may be reimbursed anywhere from 0-80% of the service. For payment, I take all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards.

I understand things come up and emergencies happen. If this is the case, and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask you please do so no less than 24 hours in advance of your session. If there is no notification within this timeframe, you will be charged a missed appointment/no-show fee.
